CreateUserWizardAdapter does not render CustomNavigationTemplate

MyCreateButton is not rendered.

Getting same problem using 16291 release , doesnt look templates get handled very well in any of the user controls. Any update or patch for this one planned ?

You would need to comment out the following in CssFriendlyAdapters.Browser:
<adapter controlType="System.Web.UI.WebControls.CreateUserWizard"
           adapterType="CSSFriendly.CreateUserWizardAdapter" />
That makes it render the default asp.net control.
